Woodgrove Centre is Vancouver Island’s largest shopping center, offering 750,000 sq. ft. of retail space. ABBARCH was selected by Ivanhoé Cambridge to serve as the prime consultant, collaborating with interior designers from DesignCorp International on an exciting modernization project. The project included extensive renovations to the interior, the creation of a new food court, improvements to mall entrances, and the development of new tenant design criteria. Despite the renovations, the center remained fully operational and accessible to shoppers throughout the process, completing just in time for the holiday season.
