ABBARCH served as prime consultant on a redevelopment project at the Scarborough Town Centre, one of Toronto’s busiest shopping centres. The project involved re-demising a 236,000 sq. ft. three-level space into a dynamic multi-tenant space, requiring substantial coordination with the client team, particularly to accommodate prominent new tenants such as IKEA and Decathlon.
