The Pacific Centre Redevelopment project was an ambitious effort to transform one of Vancouver’s most iconic retail landmarks for Cadillac Fairview Corp. The project included a new three-level flagship department store, four levels of AAA office space, and an extension of the sub-grade mall. ABBARCH served as the prime consultant on this multi-phase, fast-tracked project, completing simultaneous construction, design, and working drawings in parallel to meet the client’s timeline. The project was completed in collaboration with James K.M. Cheng Architects.
