Kingsway Mall is a super-regional shopping center situated just minutes away from Edmonton’s downtown core. ABBARCH was initially enlisted by owners Oxford Properties to spearhead the redesign of the three-level space formerly occupied by a big box retailer. With Walmart as the new anchor tenant, ABBARCH served as the prime consultant for both Oxford and Walmart, successfully overseeing the complete transformation of the 150,000 sq. ft. space. The project included updated exterior elevations, substantial demolition and structural upgrades, and the implementation of new vertical transportation systems.
