Following the acquisition of the Cottonwood Centre by PCI, ABBARCH was engaged as the prime consultant to spearhead the property’s redevelopment. The project involved the demolition of the area previously occupied by a big box retailer, followed by the construction of a new 85,000 sq. ft. space to accommodate tenants such as Save-On-Foods, Old Navy, Club 16 Fitness, and Cora’s restaurant. The project also includes enhancements to public amenity spaces within the mall. ABBARCH provided substantial coordination, particularly in lease planning and design, with the client’s leasing team.
