The redevelopment of the old Eaton’s, later Sears, building at Pacific Centre involves extensive renovations including: an extension of the existing sub-grade mall through to Robson Street, a new three-level Nordstrom department store and four levels of AAA office space with extensive natural light from new atriums.
The project is tracking LEED Gold and is in collaboration with James K.M. Cheng Architects.
